Most of our work falls between $2 million and $150 million. We also handle smaller tenant improvements and renovations for existing clients.
Depending on the delivery method, we offer competitive lump-sum bids, guaranteed maximum price contracts with open-book accounting, or design-build agreements. Every estimate includes a line-item breakdown so you can see exactly where your money goes.
Yes. Stratum is a licensed commercial general contractor in Arizona, fully insured and bonded, with single-project bonding capacity up to $150 million. Certificates are available on request.
Every job runs on a pull-planned schedule built with our trade partners and updated weekly. You get daily logs, progress photos and a standing weekly meeting with your project manager and superintendent.
Our heat illness prevention program moves summer work to early morning and night hours, with mandatory shade, rest and hydration breaks. It keeps crews safe and critical concrete work on schedule.
Pre-construction can begin within two weeks of signing an agreement. We will give you a realistic mobilization date during your first consultation.
