Our approach
We sequenced deliveries through a single overnight staging lane, used a luffing-jib tower crane to work within the property line, and pre-assembled curtain wall units off site. A pull-planned schedule built with our trade partners held each floor cycle to six working days.
The outcome
Meridian Tower reached substantial completion three weeks ahead of schedule and under the guaranteed maximum price. The anchor tenant moved in on time, and the building earned LEED Gold certification.
