Summit had signed a tenant before breaking ground, so the building had to be ready for racking installation on a fixed date. The site also needed extensive grading and brand-new utility service.

Our approach
We self-performed the site work and concrete, placed the 410,000 square foot slab in 14 pours using laser screeds, and raised all 212 tilt-up panels in 19 working days. Power service was coordinated with the utility six months before it was needed.
The outcome
The tenant began racking installation on schedule, and Summit has since hired Stratum for two more buildings on the same campus.
